Booking & Quotes

How do I get a quote?

Call, text, or fill out the form on any service page. I respond within 24 hours, usually faster. For larger jobs I'll come out and walk the property with you in person before quoting. There's no charge to walk a property.

Do you give quotes over the phone or do you need to come out?

Most residential jobs I can quote over the phone or by text after you describe what needs cleaning, the size of the home, and the conditions. For commercial properties, larger homes, or anything with unusual access, I prefer to walk it in person so the number I give you is the number you pay.

Are quotes free?

Yes. Phone, text, online, or in person. Always free.

Scheduling

How far out are you booked?

Varies by season. Spring and fall are busiest. I'll tell you honestly when I can fit you in and won't promise a date I can't hit.

What if it rains the day of my appointment?

Light rain is usually fine for the work. Heavy rain or thunderstorms we'll reschedule. I keep an eye on the radar and I'll call you the morning of if we need to move the day.

The Day of the Wash

Do I need to be home?

Not required. As long as there's access to a working water spigot, we're good to go. If you're not home, I'll text photos as I go and walk you through the finished work over the phone.

Do you need to use my water or electricity?

Water, yes. Most jobs use the outdoor spigot on your house. Electricity, no. My equipment runs on its own power.

Are pets and kids okay during the cleaning?

Pets are safest indoors during the wash. The cleaning solutions are biodegradable, but they're still soap and chemicals. Kids the same. After the rinse, the property is safe to use as normal.

Payment

How do I pay and when?

Payment is due the day the work is completed if you're home when I finish. If you're not home, net 15 from the day the work was done. Commercial accounts are net 30. I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card. You'll get an itemized receipt by email after payment clears.

What if I'm not happy with something after you leave?

Call me. If something needs another pass, I come back. Your satisfaction is the reputation I've built for the last six years, and I'm not going to drop the ball over a missed spot.
